Details

This order is made in relation to the Membership and Authorisation Committee decision to withdraw Mr Pankhurst’s insolvency licence.

It was found that Mr Pankhurst had ceased to be a fit and proper person to act as an insolvency practitioner because he had drawn a substantial sum of money from numerous estates and applied these for personal use. This order takes effect from the above date.
