This Order is made in relation to a complaint, by a debtor, that Mr Wilkinson breached the fundamental principle of professional competence and due care as set out in the Ethical Code and Statement of Insolvency Practice 1 (‘SIP1’) in relation to a Protected Trust Deed (‘PTD’) by failing to carry out reviews of the income and expenditure from information supplied by the Debtor for three years to 20 June 2015 and 20 June 2016 until 29 June 2017 despite annual reports for 2015 & 2016 advising that reviews had been completed, leading to the need to extend the PTD to deal with increased contributions.

Accordingly, Mr Wilkinson was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
