Details

The Committee withdrew Mr Lancaster’s licence because he failed to comply with regulations 3.5 (a licence holder must at all times conduct insolvency work with integrity and objectivity) and 3.11 (he maintains an appropriate level of competence in the conduct of appointments); and because his authorisation to practice at this time was likely to be prejudicial to the public interest
