Please provide the number of applicants who have applied for DBS checks to work at the Birmingham schools listed below since January 1, 2011.

  • Park View Academy
  • Nansen Primary
  • Oldknow Academy
  • Golden Hillock School
  • Saltley School

Please break down this number down for each school, and also for each year, i.e. 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.

Please also provide the number of these that did not pass the DBS check, again broken down by school and by each year, i.e. 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.

For each failed DBS check, please provide the reason for failure.
