Our core Help to Buy: Equity Loan logo, without a strapline, is for use by government organisations only.

If you are a non-government organisation, such as a newspaper, please use the logo with the ‘Backed by HM Government’ strapline.

If you would like a logo in an alternative format, please email helptobuycomms@homesengland.gov.uk.

Terms and conditions

The Help to Buy logo is a registered trademark and all rights in it are owned by HM Government. You are permitted to use the Help to Buy logo strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of use on this web page. By downloading the Help to Buy logo (the Logo) you are agreeing to adhere to and be bound by those terms and conditions.

  1. You must only use the Logo and other Help to Buy branding in accordance with the Help to Buy brand guidelines.
  2. You acknowledge that the Logo and all brand devices are the property of HM Government and that grant of this licence does not confer any form of proprietary right in the Logo and other Help to Buy brand devices on you or any third party.
  3. You must not use the Logo and other Help to Buy brand devices in any way which may or could damage the reputation of Homes England or HM Government, even indirectly.
  4. You will not make any fraudulent or incorrect statements about your use of the Logo. In particular you must not claim or assert or conduct yourself (by your actions or omissions) in an way that would or might lead someone to believe that you represent Homes England or HM Government or that you are authorised to make statements on their behalf.
  5. You must not manufacture or cause to be manufactured any product for sale on which the Logo is incorporated or displayed.
  6. You must immediately cease any use of the Logo upon request from Homes England.
