Details
DfE uses these standard terms and conditions in its grant funding agreements with external organisations.
These terms and conditions are intended to be used by the department for grant funding for projects, schemes and programmes that fund specific, ringfenced outcomes and activities
The new terms and conditions shall apply to any grant funding agreement effective as of 1 April 2024.
Current grant funding agreements issued before 1 April 2024 will continue to operate under the existing terms and conditions (effective from April 2021).
