Giving evidence from abroad to UK tribunals: rules by country

Argentina

If the tribunal judge permits it, the FCDO can ask the authorities in Argentina if you can give evidence by video link from there to a tribunal in the UK.

  • Ministry of Justice in Denmark is not assisting the taking of evidence

Norway

If the tribunal judge permits it, the FCDO can ask the authorities in Norway if you can give evidence by video link from there to a tribunal in the UK.
