The Environment Agency has received a new bespoke application for an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Ashvin Metals Limited.

Regulated facility type
Application for a new bespoke permit for Metal Recycling Site (mixed metals (1.16.16). They also wish to take and treat hazardous and non hazardous WEEE (including degassed refrigerators and cables), and all surface water arising from the site to drain to water course following treatment on site by silt trap and full retention interceptor. Proposed throughput is less than 45,000t per annum.
