0.1 Freedom of Information: Meetings

Thank you for your email of 17 March 2026 to the Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) in which you requested the following information:

  1. A list of all meetings between the consultancy firm Global Counsel and directors or senior civil servants within the authority in the time period 1 January 2022–present. For each meeting, please also provide: • list of attendees • full meeting minutes • any related correspondences, written, by email or orally delivered (if recorded).
  2. All written correspondence between Global Counsel and directors or senior civil servants within the authority in the time period 1 January 2022–present. This includes letters and email. Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (‘the Act’), you have the right to: • know whether we hold the information you require • be provided with that information (subject to any exemptions under the Act which may apply).

I can confirm that the TRA does not hold any of the requested information.

0.2 Appeals procedure

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original request and should be addressed to Knowledge and Information Management:
