1.Please could you advise me how many standard or enhanced DBS checks have resulted in each of the following military disposals being filtered since the filtering process began on 29 May 2013?
Please provide total figures and also a breakdown of each occurrence of each disposal. For example: how many DBS checks resulted in the filtering of a conviction for dismissal; how many DBS checks resulted in the filtering of a conviction for stoppage of leave, etc?
Removal from Her Majesty’s Service (May be recorded as dismissal with disgrace, or dismissal)
Service detention (May be recorded as Detention)
Service supervision and punishment order Forfeiture of seniority
Reduction in rank,(May be recorded as Reduction in Rate, or disrating)
Fine (please only include fines issued in a military court, not civilian fine’s)
Severe reprimand or reprimand (please do not confuse with with civilian reprimand issued to person’s under 18)
Service compensation order (please only include compensation orders in military court, not civilian court’s)
Stoppage of leave
Restriction of privileges
Admonition (please only include military penalties, not the Scottish disposal admonishment
- Please could you also provide statistics on the number of occasions since 1 July 2012 up-to date of responding to this request where other relevant information has been revealed by the military (i.e. RMP, Service Crime Bureau or MOD) on an enhanced DBS check?
