Feed Business Operators should retain traceability information and evidence that products being exported, can legally be placed on the market in the destination country.
Should exporters wish to pre-notify Local Authority regulators of exports they can do this by contacting them directly.
Contact details for Local Authorities responsible for ports can be found by entering the postcode of the GB port of departure in the Find Your Local Trading Standards Office sectionof the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) website.
