This explanatory memorandum is about a European Commission delegated regulation amending delegated regulation 2020/687 supplementing regulation 2016/429 of the European Parliament and the Council as regards rules for the prevention and control of certain listed diseases.
It was submitted by The Rt Hon Lord Benyon, Minister for Biosecurity, Marine and Rural Affairs, Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
