  1. A service issue about submitting EU VAT Refund claims has been added.

  2. Planned downtime from 11:59pm on Monday 4 October 2021 to 12:30am Tuesday 5 October 2021 has been added.

  3. Planned downtime from 12pm to 12:30pm on Tuesday 5 October 2021 has been added.

  4. A new service issue has been added for VAT refund claims relating to the Republic of Ireland.

  5. The issue relating to VAT refund claims not being accepted by the EU VAT Refund system has now been resolved.

  6. A service issue about VAT refund claims not being accepted by the EU VAT Refund system has been added.

  7. 'Claims to Portugal' service issue has been added.

  8. Service issue information for agents using the EU VAT Refund Service has been removed.

  9. Update made to the service issues information for using the EU VAT Refund Service.

  10. Update made to 'services issues' regarding access to the EU VAT Refund service.

  11. 'Claims to the Republic of Ireland' service issue has been updated

  13. Planned downtime from 8:30pm on 19 December 2019 to 6am on 20 December 2019 has been added.

  14. Planned downtime for Monday 25 November to Tuesday 26 November 2019 has been changed. The downtime will now take place from 9pm on Tuesday 26 November to 6am on Wednesday 27 November 2019.

  15. This service will be unavailable from 9pm on Monday 25 November to 6am on Tuesday 26 November 2019. Information about this issue has been added.

  16. The planned downtime's from 9pm on Tuesday 12 November 2019 to 6am Wednesday 13 November 2019 and from 9pm on Thursday 14 November 2019 to 6am Friday 15 November 2019 have been cancelled.

  17. Planned downtime from 9pm on Tuesday 12 November 2019 through to 6am on Wednesday 13 November 2019 and 9pm on Thursday 14 November 2019 until 6am on 15 November 2019. Information about this has been added.

  18. Downtime previously planned for 17 and 18 November will now take place on 24 and 25 November.

  19. Service issue for Thursday 8 November 2018 from 6pm to 11pm has been added.

  22. The hyperlink at section headed International Bank Account Number (IBAN) has been updated.

  23. Page not found issue has been fixed.

  24. There is a service issue affecting customers who select the link to the EU Refund service and are presented with a page not found error message.
