Details

This SI will make amendments to retained EU law related to interchange fee regulation to ensure that it continues to operate effectively in a UK context once the UK leaves the EU, in a no-deal scenario. The draft SI itself is provided, alongside an explanatory policy note. HM Treasury intends to lay this SI before Parliament before exit.
