Details

I note your request for information was as follows:

  1. When a care order is obtained against a parent/parents are the parents automactically added to your disclosure and barring lists to work for vulnable groups of people/children.

  2. If parents names are referred to you:- a) Who refers the names of parent/parents b) What checks are done to validate the names being added.

  3. As there are mounting cases of children being lost into the care system by false and misleading records of social service departments, please could you then answer the following. a) Are random or other checks done to prove the lists are valid reports.

  4. Are the parents notified that their names are added to a list such as yours. b) And if so who is responsible for informing the parent/parents.

  5. Where cases are challanged in the family court by the parents, a case being seriously flawed or wrong due to incorrect record keeping, perjury, malicious or other, misconduct of public office, contempt, deframmation of character etc. and the children returned to the parent/parents,please answer the following. a) Who is responsible for removing the parent/parents names off the list.
