These guidance documents have been produced to assist school staff, headteachers and parents with any questions about the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination programme.

Information leaflets on the vaccination for children and young people are available to download or order for free:

COVID-19 vaccination programme for children and young people: guidance for schools

Copies of version 3 are available to order for free from Health Publications.

The COVID-19 vaccination invitation letter template can be downloaded and adapted to suit the needs of local healthcare teams. It should be sent to parents of eligible children, along with an accompanying information leaflet and consent form.
