Contingency plan for plant and bee health in England

The plant health contingency plan sets out how the government would manage an outbreak of pests or diseases in plants or bees in England.

This generic contingency plan describes how Defra and operational partners prepare for, and would respond to, an outbreak of a plant or bee pest or disease in England. The plan is a working document which will be kept under review, with a full review carried out at least once every 5 years.
