This document sets out practical changes to nutrition legislation for food business operators if there’s a no-deal Brexit. This includes:

  • nutrition and health claims
  • vitamins, minerals and certain other substances
  • food supplements
  • food for specific groups:
    • food intended for infants and young children
    • food for special medical purposes
    • total diet replacement for weight control
