The operator currently operates a site for the treatment of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. The operator is proposing to increase the capacity of their non-hazardous treatment. The increase in SRF production is set to exceed the threshold of a waste operation, thereby becoming an installation activity. The production of soil and aggregate materials under the waste operation is also proposed to increase the tonnage.
