Healthcare professionals, family and carers can use the easy guide leaflet to explain bowel cancer screening to people with learning disabilities.

Bowel cancer screening providers can adapt the easy read bowel cancer screening invitation letter template to send to individuals who require information in this format along with a copy of the easy guide leaflet.

Providers can also direct people who cannot read or do not like written words to the Beyond Words bowel cancer screening picture story, which includes a suggested storyline for family members, carers or health professionals to refer to.
