The Environment Agency has received an application to vary (change) an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 from Horrocks Waste Management Limited.
The proposed variation changes a standard rules permit into a bespoke permit.

The increased land is currently used by a neighbouring business who conducts the inert waste processing on that area already. No changes to existing tonnage volumes.
