Amendments to the ‘Basic’ anti-dumping and anti-subsidy regulations - 2016/1036 and 2016/2037.
The European Council announced amendments to trade defence instruments in Official Journal ref. C184.
This regulation comes into effect from 30 May 2018.
The (substantial) changes to the rules governing anti-dumping and countervailing measures apply to all investigations for which a notice of initiation is published in the Official Journal from 30 May 2018 onwards.
