The letter from the Minister for Crime and Policing, Kit Malthouse MP, asks the ACMD to advise on how we can strengthen the law on consumer CBD products.

The advice will ensure the law is clear so that these products are safe for consumers and so those who seek to create legitimate, safe CBD consumer products, are able to do so more easily.
