This statistical first release (SFR) provides information about appeals lodged by parents against non-admission of their children to their preferred school in the academic year 2010 to 2011. It details the number of appeals lodged, heard and the outcome.

Infant classes in primary schools

  • The percentage of appeals lodged increased (the number of appeals lodged as a percentage of admissions).
