Nicholas Caton



Nicholas Caton was employed by the Ford Motor Company from 1982 until retiring in July 2014 from the position of Vice President Human Resources Ford of Europe.

Nicholas worked in a number of senior positions within Ford including Manager of Compensation and Benefits, Director of Human Resources in Portugal and Mexico and at Jaguar Land Rover in the UK and at the time of his retirement he was Vice President, Human Resources for Ford of Europe. A position he held from August 2002.

As Vice President of Human Resources, Nicholas was responsible for all Human Resource matters within Ford’s European operations and was a Member of the Ford of Europe Board and Ford Germany Supervisory Board. He reported directly to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ford of Europe.
