Processing times for lasting powers of attorney
Please allow up to 20 weeks from receipt of your LPA for your application to be processed.
How to apply
You can make a lasting power of attorney (LPA) online using the Make a lasting power of attorney service.
You can then track your application’s processing using that account.
Given the delays we are experiencing, you may want to use some short-term options for health, welfare and financial decisions.
