About us
We’re responsible for handling appeals from those involved in supplying workers for agriculture, horticulture, shellfish gathering or food processing and packaging which challenge a decision by the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority to:
- refuse to grant a licence
- revoke a licence
- add extra conditions to a licence
- turn down a request to transfer a licence
Who we are
We are an independent tribunal which makes decisions in legal disputes around decisions made by the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority.
