Targeted at the whole sector, the Roads Academy is designed to ensure a significant change in how the industry thinks, behaves and performs to help us meet the challenges that face us.
Becoming a member of the Roads Academy
Organisations from across the roads sector are encouraged to become members of the Roads Academy. A confirmed member of the academy can nominate members of staff for the Roads Academy programme.
All member organisations are entitled to two places at each masterclass, which is in addition to the places offered to current and to past Roads Academy programme delegates.
If your organisation is interested in becoming a member of the Roads Academy, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01234 796 512.
Download the roads academy brochure below for more details on benefits of becoming a member and membership fees.
Roads Academy programme
Successful applicants will attend four residential workshops over a 15 month period followed by 9 months of working in an Internal Consultancy Project Group, taking learning from the programme and applying it to a project.
The programme is taught at masters level and culminates in a postgraduate certificate in leadership and management award.
Delegates develop solutions based on real issues in the sector and implement these within their own and member organisations throughout the programme and beyond.
For more detailed information about the Roads Academy programme, including current information about module topics and the qualification received upon completion, please download the Roads Academy brochure below.
