Your school will get funding for tutoring if any year 1 to 11 pupils are eligible to receive pupil premium. Use the documents in this collection to understand how to arrange tutoring, including calculating how much you’ll pay, and how to record and report on your tutoring.

How to manage your funding

This guidance explains how you can spend your allocation on tutoring using any combination of:

  • tuition partners
  • academic mentors
  • tutors you employ directly

The calculator tool will help you work out how much your school will need to contribute and track information during the academic year 2022 to 2023 to add to your year-end statement.
