Details

The focus of delivery must be on supporting participants to complete qualifications / part-qualifications in Leadership and Management at Levels 2, 3 and 4, providing a ladder of opportunity for people to develop their skills at varying levels. This will enable people to progress into supervisory, middle management levels and through into senior leadership roles.

Ultimately, the aim of the programme is to increase the number of people that are achieving higher levels of qualifications that they currently have, in order to meet the evidenced demand in the local economy. Proposals must be structured in a way that will support the achievement of this aim.

Whilst not limited to specific sectors in the Humber, projects which focus on / target the Humber’s sector growth areas including clean energy and decarbonisation will be of particular interest.

We are looking to commission one organisation to deliver a programme of activity across the whole of the Humber. Applicants must demonstrate how they will ensure that delivery is across this geography and that participants in each local authority area of the Humber take part in the programme (Hull, East Riding, North and North East Lincolnshire).

Approximately £750,000 of ESF is available.

Deadlines

Full application deadline: 14 July 2020

Completion date

Projects must be completed no later than 3 years and 6 months after the proposed project start date, however the ESF Managing Authority reserves the right to vary the maximum duration in exceptional circumstances. All ESF Projects must be completed by 31st December 2023. Project costs cannot be incurred beyond this date.

To apply for funding under this call you will need to complete and submit your Full Application via the ECLAIMS IT System.

Please note: the ECLAIMS IT System can only be access from within the UK.

Full Applications submitted in the ECLAIMS IT System after the call closing date shown above and on the call specification will not be appraised.
