Diabetes mellitus increases the risk of tuberculosis (TB) by 3 times and adversely affects treatment outcomes for TB

Abstract

Authors conducteda a retrospective cohort study of all new TB patients with and without diabetes registered in the Bukhara region, Uzbekistan, from January 2011 to December 2013.
