This toolkit addresses different aspects and tools on research communication for policy influence

Abstract

Under the ‘Spaces for Engagement: using knowledge to improve public decisions’ programme, GDNet and CIPPEC have produced different types of resources addressing the link between research and policy, and aiming at building southern researchers' capacity to maximize their research uptake. The toolkit ‘How to communicate research for policy influence’ addresses different aspects and tools on research communication for policy influence: what research communication is about; how to write effective policy briefs; how to engage with the media; online tools and data visualization for research communication, among others.

This toolkit is available in English and Spanish (Guía 5 Formatos dinámicos para la comunicación de la investigación).
