  • a completed application for an enhanced disclosure check (Access NI Validation Form)
  • a fee of £30 for Access NI made payable to ‘Belfast Education and Library Board’

You must personally hand in your completed application and supporting documents to your local Education and Library Board so that proof of identify can be verified by a child protection officer. You are advised to call in advance to make an appointment.
