\nYou cannot use this item:
\n\non historic or archaeological sites identified in your Historic Environment Farm Environment Record (HEFER)
\nwith Sustainable Farming Incentive management action BND1 Maintain dry stone walls
\nYou must set up a stone or slate gate post in the local material, cut or tooled to the size and shape typical of the local area.
\n\nYou must keep photographs of the completed work and provide with your claim.
\n\nYou must also keep and provide on request:
\n\nany consents or permissions connected with the work
\nreceipted invoices or bank statements where a receipted invoice is unavailable
\nphotographs of the proposed location of the new gate posts
