Student finance forms

If you normally live in England and you’re studying in the UK, you can use this form finder to apply for student finance, such as:

• a Tuition Fee Loan to help pay your course tuition fees
• a Maintenance Loan to help with your living costs

Use the form finder to download forms and guidance notes, including:

• PN1, PR1 and PTMN for students who qualify for a Tuition Fee Loan and a Maintenance Loan (full support)
• EU25N for full-time students who qualify for a Tuition Fee Loan only (tuition fee only funding)
• EUPTL1 for part-time students who qualify for a Tuition Fee Loan only (tuition fee only funding) 
• DSA1 for Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA)

You need to check you’re eligible for student finance and the type of funding you could get.

The forms are different for students from Scotland, students from Wales and students from Northern Ireland.
