The Delivery Partner Panel 3 (DPP3) closes on 30 July 2021. If you’re an existing DPP3 member or a new member looking to join, you’ll need to apply to the new delivery partner Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).

The Delivery Partner Panel 3 (DPP3) has been procured through fully compliant Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) processes, and will be used to enable the efficient procurement of housing-led development on land owned by public sector bodies and Homes England’s. Housing led development is development that is predominantly residential but may include other subsidiary uses, for example, commercial, retail, leisure or educational development.

DPP3 will run from 31st July 2017 for a period of 4 years and is made up of 5 regional lots:

  • North East Yorkshire and The Humber
  • North West
  • Midlands
  • East and South East
  • South and South West

To access DPP3 please email dpp3@homesengland.gov.uk to request an Access Agreement.
