Details

This report presents the latest statistics on type and volume of tribunal cases received, disposed of or outstanding in this recent quarter, and the number of gender recognition certificates applied for and granted. It also covers the annually published figures on Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) tribunals and Annex C covers management information on employment tribunal receipts.

Following the recent consultation on a variety of publications produced by MOJ, this publication is the first edition of Tribunals and Gender Recognition Statistics Quarterly.
