School and college performance tables in England: 2014 to 2015

Details

The performance tables report the results of students of sixth-form age in secondary schools and further education colleges in the academic year 2014 to 2015.

They also show how these results compare with other schools and colleges in a local authority area and in England as a whole.

The tables list all schools and colleges in a local authority area alphabetically, including:

  • local-authority-maintained secondary schools
  • academies
  • free schools
  • independent schools
  • sixth-form colleges
  • sixth-form centres or consortia
  • other further education colleges
  • special schools (for children with special educational needs or disabilities) that have chosen to be included

The tables report indicators for 3 separate cohorts:

  • A level
  • academic
  • vocational

We include students in a cohort if they’ve taken at least 1 substantial qualification in 1 or more of the qualification types. Students following programmes of mixed qualification types may belong to more than 1 cohort.
