The update for January 2022 has been published by the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID).
Place of death factsheets for Clinical Commissioning Groups have been updated to include monthly provisional place of death for September 2021.
The Palliative and end of life care profiles are presented in an interactive tool which aims to help local government and health services improve care at the end of life.
