This document outlines the main impacts of changes to the Pensions Bill affecting the operation of the Pension Protection Fund compensation cap. This measure was not included in the Pensions Bill introduced to the House of Commons on 9 May and the Bill’s accompanying impact assessment does not therefore take account of it.
