Mae’r Cytundeb hwn yn sicrhau gwasanaeth cyson o ansawdd i drethdalwyr Cymru, ac yn galluogi CThEF a Llywodraeth Cymru i fodloni eu cyfrifoldebau mewn perthynas â gweithredu cyfraddau treth incwm Cymru.
