During Ofsted school inspections, staff and pupils can give their views via an online survey. This page provides the questions for reference only.

Schools provide an online questionnaire to staff and pupils to fill in during inspections. Ofsted will give the school details of the online process when notifying them about the inspection.
Pupils and staff can fill this in until the following times on the first day of inspection:
- 11am (for a one-day inspection)
- 3pm (for a two-day inspection)
These documents show the questions that the online questionnaire will ask. The questionnaires are confidential and complement evidence that inspectors gather from talking to pupils and staff during the inspection.
