Details

The roads funding information pack shows:

  • the distribution of government capital investment to local highway authorities in England outside London in the financial year ending 31 March 2021
  • highways maintenance and pothole repair funding for the financial year ending 31 March 2021, broken down by local highway and combined authorities

This funding pack is reviewed regularly and the government funding allows local authorities to meet their requirements under the Highways Act 1980 to maintain the roads at public expense.

  1. Error corrections: the funding amounts for Warwickshire and Worcestershire ITB we're reversed. Warwickshire ITB is now £2,637,000 instead of £2,405,000 while Worcestershire ITB is altered to £2,405,000.

  2. Error correction: Greater Manchester CA funding amount altered to £64,276 instead of £64,456.

  3. Information updated stating allocations of investment for the financial year ending 31 March 2021.
