Details

It costs £24 to register and applies to a mortgage or charge created on or after 6 April 2013 in England and Wales, Northern Ireland or Scotland.

The continuation pages are optional. Use them if you need to provide more details.

Any particulars of a mortgage or charge created before 6 April 2013 must be notified on form MG01 (England and Wales, Northern Ireland) or form MG01s (Scotland) from the National Archives website.

Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.
