Details

It costs £24 to register particulars of a charge created on or after 6 April 2013.

Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.

To register a charge created before 6 April 2013, use form MG07 (England and Wales, Northern Ireland) or form MG07s (Scotland) from the National Archives website.

The fees shown on archived forms may be out of date and incorrect. You’ll need to include the correct Companies House fees.
