Use this form to register particulars of a charge where property has been acquired and the charge was created on or after 6 April 2013.

Use form MR02 to register particulars of a charge:
- subject to which property or undertaking has been acquired
- where the charge was created or evidenced by an instrument
- where the charge was created on or after 6 April 2013 by a UK registered company
It costs £24 to file the paper form. Forms must be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.
It takes longer to process paper forms sent by post.
File online to register your charge information as quickly as possible. It costs £15 to file online.
Charges created before 6 April 2013
To register a charge created before 6 April 2013, use form MG06 (England and Wales, Northern Ireland) or form MG06s (Scotland) from the National Archives website.
The fees shown on archived forms may be out of date and incorrect. You’ll need to include the correct Companies House fees.
