It costs £24 to register and applies to a mortgage or charge created on or after 6 April 2013 in England and Wales, Northern Ireland or Scotland.

The continuation pages are optional. Use them if you need to provide more details.

You must notify particulars of a mortgage or charge created before this date on form MG06 (England and Wales, Northern Ireland) or form MG06s (Scotland) from the National archive website.

Forms need to be printed at full size on white A4 sized paper.
