Decision letter and Inspector’s Report for a recovered appeal for: construction and operation of a site for drilling up to 4 exploratory wells, hydraulic fracturing of the wells, testing for hydrocarbons, abandonment of the wells and restoration, including provision of access roads and improvement of access on to the highway, security fencing, lighting and other uses ancillary to the exploration activities, including the construction of a pipeline and a connection to the gas grid network, in accordance with application ref LCC/2014/0101, dated 16 June 2014.

This decision letter should be read in conjunction with the previous decision letter of 6 October 2016.
