Other live animals: model health certificates

Competent authorities of exporting countries should use the relevant model health certificate as a template to create a version exporters can apply for to export other live animals to Great Britain, the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.

Amended the version history notes for certificates GBHC019X, GBHC019E, GBHC020X, GBHC020E, GBHC160X and GBHC160E. The previous version of each certificate will continue to be accepted until 1 April 2023.

  4. Uploaded updated versions of model health certificates: GBHC157X, GBHC157E, GBHC019X, GBHC019E, GBHC020X, GBHC020E, GBHC160X, GBHC160E.
