This report sets out the activities and achievements of the Office for Fair Access (OFFA) from April 2017 to March 2018.

The OFFA ceased to exist on 31 March 2018. Its work will be carried on by a new executive non-departmental public body, the Office for Students (OfS).

This report and accounts were laid before parliament on 16 July 2018.
